Invariant NKT cells sustain specific B cell responses and memory

Invariant natural killer T (iNKT) cells significantly boost antibody production and memory B cell formation. These innate-like lymphocytes enhance immune responses, even substituting for CD4(+) T cell help in antibody generation.
