Summary

Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) patients frequently exhibit behavioral changes, particularly apathy, early in the disease. The Frontal Systems Behavior Scale (FrSBe) effectively detects these changes, suggesting a link between ALS and frontotemporal dementia (FTD).
