Tape-stripping method in man: comparison of evaporimetric methods

Both open and closed chamber devices provide similar transepidermal water loss (TEWL) measurements on stripped human skin. This study confirms their comparable performance in a tape-stripping model, offering reliable data for skin barrier research.
