Objective:
The purpose of this study was to evaluate inferior venacavograms at the time of inferior vena cava (IVC) filters for clot within filter, IVC stenosis, or IVC injuries.
Conclusion:
Abnormal venographic findings at filter retrieval include clot in the filter, IVC stenosis, and minor IVC injury after filter retrieval. Most abnormalities decrease or resolve over time.
