Abstract:
From the defatted seeds of Cassia marginata fam (Caesalpinaceae) two new anthraquinone glycosides have been isolated and characterised as physcion-8-O-alpha-L-xylopyranoside and emodin-8-O-alpha-L-arabinopyranoside.
