Dendronized diruthenium compounds via the copper(I)-catalyzed click reaction

Novel ruthenium-2 (Ru2) dendritic compounds were synthesized using a copper(I) iodide-catalyzed cycloaddition reaction. These new materials were characterized by X-ray diffraction and voltammetry, expanding the scope of organometallic dendrimer chemistry.
