This case study highlights a rare temporal lobe gliosarcoma with skull base extension. Aggressive surgical resection and adjuvant therapy led to a recurrence-free outcome, emphasizing gliosarcoma as a differential diagnosis for complex brain tumors.

  • The patient remained recurrence-free for 12 months post-treatment with radiotherapy and temozolomide.
