[Case report of patient with systemic lupus erythematosus proceed with lymphadenopathy]

On the basis of observed case we deciding describe the diagnostic problems connected with atypical course of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) with accompanying of lymphadenopathy and viral infection. In the differentiation diagnostic beside hematologic malignancies and SLE we take into consideration also other diseases, which may be manifested by lymphadenitis, such as tuberculosis, sarcoidosis, metastasis, Kikuchi-Fujimoto disease and Kawasaki disease. Corticosteroid treatment cause improvement of clinic condition of subject and standardization of many laboratory results.
