Hepatic arterial epinephrine infusion improves the visualization of hepatocellular carcinomas by altering arterial blood flow. This technique enhances tumor conspicuity on CT hepatic arteriography (CTHA).

- Hepatic arterial epinephrine infusion effectively alters relative arterial flow in hepatocellular carcinomas.
- This infusion enhances tumor visualization and conspicuity, improving diagnostic accuracy in CTHA.
