Colonic manometry catheter placement with primary fluoroscopic guidance

Fluoroscopic guidance is a feasible method for colonic manometry catheter placement in children with severe defecation disorders. However, this technique requires significantly longer fluoroscopic exposure time compared to colonoscopic methods.
