Abstract:
Quantitative evaluation of telomerase activity in voided urine represents a molecular test for early diagnosis of bladder tumor. This test shows a high accuracy, mainly in males bladder tumor, and could be an important non invasive diagnostic tool for bladder cancer detection in high-risk groups screening programs.
