Abstract:
The use of the Triservice Anaesthetic Apparatus for the emergency evacuation of an anaesthetised patient from nuclear, biological and chemical (NBC) collective protection in a tented hospital complex in the Gulf is described. Because of its compact size and portability the Triservice Anaesthetic Apparatus may prove to be ideal for use in emergency evacuation.
