The contraction strength of muscles is regulated by motor neurons, which modulate the frequency of action potentials dispatched to the motor units based on the body's requirements. Summary

Flickering visual stimuli can create temporary stick-like shapes that disappear and reappear. This flicker-induced grouping phenomenon is driven by changes in luminance contrast and reflects complex visual processing.
