Abstract:
Reporting on eight cases of gravidotoxic pyelonephritis, the authors reviewed the clinical characters and maternal as well as fetal prognosis, previously well-defined by Fruhinsholz and Lepage. Today, the hepatic toxic manifestations as well as the collapse can be rationally explained, since septicemias caused by Gram negative germs have been recognized and individuallized.
