Single-centre experience with coronary sinus lead stability and long-term pacing parameters

Coronary sinus (CS) lead position can change over one year, but reoperation is rare. Pacing parameters remain comparable across manufacturers, and threshold changes do not reliably indicate lead dislodgement.
