Case Report:
We report a rare clinical case of unilateral ciliary body teratoid medulloepithelioma presented first with infantile cataract, subsequently masquerading as chronic granulomatous anterior uveitis, followed by appearance of a tumour over the iris surface.
Comments:
Diagnosis of the tumour in the early stages allows proper management and avoids enucleation.
