Association of interleukin-19 gene polymorphisms with age

This study investigated interleukin-19 (IL-19) gene variations and their link to aging in 500 Japanese individuals. Three IL-19 single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) showed a significant association with age, suggesting a role in the aging process.
