Summary

Linear accelerator (LINAC) radiosurgery offers a viable alternative to microsurgery for treating epileptogenic cavernomas, particularly for deep-seated or eloquent brain lesions. Both treatments show comparable epilepsy control rates, making radiosurgery a valuable option.
