Timed walks and the Timed Up and Go test show high reproducibility for assessing multiple sclerosis (MS) mobility. A single test session is sufficient for evaluating individuals with moderate MS.

    • A single testing session is adequate for evaluating mobility in moderate MS using 10TW, 30TW, or TUG.
    • The degree of disability must be considered when interpreting the 30TW results for detecting genuine change.
    • These findings support the use of these tests for reliable mobility assessment in MS.
