Summary

Double-row arthroscopic rotator cuff repair significantly improves pain and function. This technique achieves excellent outcomes, with most repairs remaining intact and improving strength and range of motion.

  • 83% of rotator cuff repairs were intact on postoperative ultrasonography, with higher integrity rates for smaller tears.

    • The technique demonstrates good repair integrity, particularly for medium and small tears.
    • Intact repairs correlate with significantly better strength and range of motion compared to failed repairs.
