Summary
Aneurysmal bone cysts (ABCs) are rare in the skull, and even rarer in the sphenoid bone. This case highlights imaging and histopathology confirming an ABC in a young female adolescent.

- Histopathological confirmation remains the gold standard for definitive diagnosis of aneurysmal bone cysts.
