This study reveals distinct pathways for long-term potentiation (LTP) induction by (-)-clausenamide and Rg1. (-)-Clausenamide uses voltage-dependent calcium channels, while Rg1 utilizes N-methyl-d-aspartate receptors for nootropic effects.
