Effects of rapamycin on active Heymann nephritis

Rapamycin (RAPA) effectively reduced proteinuria and prevented immune cell infiltration in active Heymann nephritis (HN), a model for human membranous nephropathy (MN). Further investigation into RAPA for MN patients is warranted.
