- Laparoscopic nonvisualization does not necessitate conversion to open surgery for suspected agenesis.
- Noninvasive imaging prevents diagnostic laparotomy and associated morbidity.
- Accurate preoperative diagnosis of gallbladder agenesis improves surgical planning and patient outcomes.
