Narrow QRS tachycardia with long R-P
Abstract:
Appropriate ECG diagnosis of a narrow complex tachycardia can be sometimes challenging. We present a case of palpitations and an electrocardiogram showing a long RP relationship. The ECG characteristics and the differential diagnosis and mechanisms documented during electrophysiology testing are discussed.
