Abstract:
The syndrome of hydrocolpos, polydactyly and congenital heart disease, based on our experience with three infants, has been analyzed. The importance of early recognition, anatomical delineation of various lesions, and appropriate surgical treatment is highlighted. Relevant literature is briefly reviewed. The necessity and the role of genetic clinical services is stressed.
