Observation:

A case of selective Glissonean pedicle transection using an endolinear stapling device was reported.
The technique was applied to five patients, with no major complications.
A 71-year-old woman with hepatocellular carcinoma underwent right hepatic lobectomy.

Findings:

Independent division of Glisson's pedicle anterior and posterior branches using an endolinear stapling device.
Right hepatic lobectomy was completed with minimal bleeding.
