Absent endocervical cells on Pap smears after loop electrosurgical excision procedure

The absence of endocervical cells on Pap smears after loop electrosurgical excision (LEEP) is significantly associated with cervical stenosis. This finding suggests that absent cells on follow-up Pap smears may indicate cervical stenosis post-LEEP.
