Multiple cardiac papillary fibroelastomas and rheumatic heart disease

This study reports a rare case of multiple papillary fibroelastomas found on the mitral valve in a patient with rheumatic mitral stenosis. Echocardiography and surgery confirmed the diagnosis and complete removal of these cardiac tumors.
