Purpose of the Study:

To investigate the formation of monolayer films from polystyrene asymmetric dimer colloidal particles.
To explore the influence of meniscus confinement on particle ordering.
To characterize the resulting colloidal crystal structures and their properties.

Main Methods:

Heat-assisted vertical deposition technique was employed for film formation.
Systematic variation of particle concentrations in dilute suspensions.
