  • Diagnosis involves recurrent oral ulcers plus other specific symptoms like genital or skin lesions.
  • Cardiovascular involvement, particularly intracardiac thrombi, is exceptionally uncommon.

Observation:

  • A patient diagnosed with Behçet's disease presented with unusual cardiovascular and pulmonary complications.
  • The patient exhibited bilateral pulmonary embolism.
  • An intracardiac mass was identified in the right atrium.

Findings:

  • This case highlights an extremely rare presentation of Behçet's disease.
  • The findings include co-occurrence of bilateral pulmonary embolism and right atrial intracardiac mass.
  • These cardiovascular and pulmonary manifestations are seldom reported in Behçet's disease literature.
