Summary

Transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) applied to the dorsolateral prefrontal cortex (DLPFC) significantly reduced alcohol craving in patients with alcohol dependence. This noninvasive brain stimulation effectively suppressed cue-induced craving, offering a potential clinical treatment.
