[Histological evaluation of the effect of intra-arterial cytostatic treatment]

In cases of untreated mouth cavity carcinomas cisplatin, farmorubicin as well as a combination of the two have been administered intra-arterially to three groups of patients. Result of the treatment was similar tumor regression in all three groups. Thrombotic complications were more frequent in cases treated with farmorubicin.
