Abstract:
The results of surgical correction of obstruction of the extrahepatic bile ducts in 279 patients are presented. The operation of choice was choledocholithotomy, which was added by papillosphincterotomy and external drainage of the common bile duct in indications. In obstruction of bile ducts of the tumor genesis, the different biliodigestive anastomoses were created. The postoperative lethality was 4.6%.
