Therapeutic T cells targeting Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) LMP2A were enriched using interferon-gamma (IFNγ) production. These cells effectively target EBV-associated cancers via cell lysis and Th1 cytokine release, offering potential for improved immunotherapy.
