Immunoglobulin E antibodies to rocuronium: a new diagnostic tool

Diagnosing rocuronium allergy is challenging. Rocuronium ImmunoCAP testing is reliable for diagnosing allergy, but high total immunoglobulin E (IgE) levels can impact results.
