Abstract:
The treatment of diseases and injuries of the hip joint in both children and adults has been a major area of interest for surgeons treating injuries and non-traumatic conditions of the organs of locomotion. The work of prominent Polish surgeons and orthopaedists has contributed to progress in this branch of medicine over the last century.
