Summary

This study developed an in vitro model to predict contact allergy. Lymphocyte blastogenesis assays showed that 2,4-dinitrobenzene sulfonic acid sodium salt (DNBS) effectively identified sensitization potential, indicating a useful predictive tool for sensitizers.
