  • A 55-year-old woman presented with symptoms suggestive of bacterial meningitis, but cultures were negative.
  • Following initial recovery, she developed diabetes insipidus and pituitary inflammation on MRI, consistent with LH.
  • She later experienced recurrent headaches and meningitis symptoms with pituitary enlargement, diagnosed as relapsing LH with aseptic meningitis.

Findings:
