[Experience in the implantation of permanent electrocardiostimulators in a district hospital]

The experience with implantation of the first 100 cardiostimulators is summarized. The necessity for more wide use of the programmed electrocardiostimulators in the clinical practice is noted. The most effective method for control of the implanted system is the use of the electrocardiostimulation analyser which permits artificial reproduction of the functions of perception and imposing the rhythm of an electrocardiostimulator.
