[Surgical tactics in pathological fractures of the long bones]

In the article is presented an experience of treatment of 201 patient with benign tumours and tumour-like bone affections, aggravated with pathologic fractures. The principal conclusion of the work--early operative treatment of the given pathology (with the exception of dystrophic bone cysts of some types) in contrast to the rooted wait-and-see surgical tactics.
