Transverse testicular ectopia with persistent Muellerian duct syndrome

This case report details a rare condition in a one-year-old boy diagnosed with transverse testicular ectopia and persistent Müllerian duct syndrome. Surgical management confirmed the presence of testes within the left inguinoscrotal hernial sac.

Background:
- Transverse testicular ectopia (TTE) is a rare congenital anomaly where both testes are located on the same side of the scrotum.
