Aggressive B-cell lymphoma with dual surface immunoglobulin light-chain expression

This study reports the first known case of aggressive B-cell lymphoma exhibiting dual kappa/lambda surface immunoglobulin light-chain expression. This rare phenomenon, observed in a 69-year-old woman, highlights potential mechanisms of aberrant B-cell development.
