Immunoglobulin G subclasses and spirometry in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Immunoglobulin G (IgG) subclass levels are altered in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). IgG2 subclass deficiency is common in COPD patients and correlates with reduced lung function (FEV1).
