This case report details a rare instance of phenobarbital-induced gingival hyperplasia (GH). The study highlights that this condition, though uncommon, typically exhibits benign behavior and has a low recurrence rate post-surgery.

- Histopathological features are consistent with other drug-induced gingival hyperplasias.
