Abstract:
The degree of involvement of the bone marrow in chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) is shown to closely correlate to the clinical stage of the disease. A patient with CLL who has been on chronic steroid therapy is described, with marrow findings inconsistent with his clinical presentation.
