[Effect of calcium on lipid peroxidation in plasma membranes]

Process of nonenzymatic peroxidation of lipids in the plasma membranes of thymocytes has been studied as affected by Ca2+. It is established that at calcium concentrations to 900 microM peroxidation gets more intensive; at higher concentrations of the intensity of this process falls.
