Abstract
Introduction:
Huge subperiosteal hematomas extending beyond the cranial sutures are rare and clinically, their distinction from subgaleal hematomas may be difficult.
Case Report:

Discussion:
We discuss our neuroradiologic and histopathologic findings and our management strategy.
