Alga-lysing bacteria, identified as Bacillus sp. strain P05, effectively removed algae, ammonia nitrogen (NH4(+)-N), and organic matter in biological reactors using coke and elastic fillers. These immobilized reactors offer a stable, cost-effective solution for eutrophic water treatment.
