Post-transplant infections: single center experience from the developing world.

Allogeneic stem cell transplant recipients experienced high rates of post-transplant infections, particularly febrile episodes. While most infections were treated, cytomegalovirus, aspergillosis, and pseudomonas infections led to significant mortality.
